Gary Hosfield is a Consultant at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC. He has conducted financial analyses, complex data analysis and forensic accounting investigations, and developed models to calculated damages involving lost profits, reasonable royalty, business valuations, and class action damages.
Mr. Hosfield has assisted with the preparation of expert reports to support professional opinions as well as assisted attorneys with the development of discovery requests and damages strategy using the available information and various financial analyses. Mr. Hosfield has assisted with the development of areas of inquiry and questions for depositions of opposing experts and has assisted experts in preparation for their own depositions. He has also supported experts in preparation of testimony and demonstrative exhibits for trial.
His experience involves patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, class action claims, forensic accounting investigations, defamation, and legal malpractice. He has performed projects in a variety of industries including electronics, real estate, construction, trucking, solar energy production, medical practices, fast food franchising, manufacturing and processing, consumer products, debt collection, meat products, and grain processing.
