Thomas P. Sears
Thomas Sears is a Manager at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC. He has assisted in the preparation of expert reports for cases involving patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, securities fraud and other types of business disputes. His industry experience includes financial services, pharmaceuticals, real estate, construction claims, agriculture, electrical and lighting.
Mr. Sears has conducted complex financial analyses and valuations involving lost sales, lost profits, incremental profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, and stock performance for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has also assisted attorneys in preparing discovery, document requests, deposition questions, and expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
Mr. Sears graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and International Business. He is also currently a candidate pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
