Thomas P. Sears
Thomas Sears is a Manager at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC. He has assisted in the preparation of expert reports for cases involving patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, fraud, and other types of business disputes. His case experience comprises of a multitude of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, real estate, construction claims, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer products, insurance, and heavy machinery.
Mr. Sears has conducted complex financial analyses and valuations involving lost sales, lost profits, incremental profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, stock performance, business valuations, and prejudgment interest for both plaintiffs and defendants.
