Thomas Sears is a Manager at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC. He focuses on dispute resolution services, providing consulting to clients and counsel on complex accounting and damages related issues. He has assisted in the preparation of expert reports for cases involving patent infringement (including matters related to reasonable and non-discriminatory “RAND” commitments), trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, fraud, and other types of business disputes.
