Corey D. Fowler
Corey Fowler is a Manager at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC. He has provided an array of litigation services to attorneys and corporate clients across various industries, including computer hardware and software, insurance, real estate, transportation and consumer products.
Mr. Fowler has conducted analyses and created damage models involving lost sales, lost profits, fixed and variable costs, reasonable royalty and prejudgment interest on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has also assisted attorneys in preparing document requests, deposition questions, trial exhibits, developing key strategies and preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony for a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, patent and trademark infringement, lost earnings, class actions and other types of business disputes.
Mr. Fowler has considerable experience in managing and analyzing large datasets and in utilizing database software to perform complex analyses. He has provided support throughout various stages of class action litigations, including identifying potential class members for certification hearings, generating exposure analyses to aid in settlement discussions and assisting class administrators at final resolution of the case.
Mr. Fowler has experience in systems development and management with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and managing systems production and developing custom systems with ASI, Inc. Mr. Fowler has a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University in Chicago. He also has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, with concentrations in Database Design and Regulatory Compliance.
